DIGITAL ORDERS OPERATOR - PRODUCTION AGENT

DESCRIPTION

Factory and produce parts by removing materials until obtaining defined shapes and dimensions, individually or in series, using conventional machines, numerically controlled and / or machining centers. Intervenes according to safety rules and production requirements.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Identifies the machining phases and the adjustment dimensions (tolerances, positions, surface conditions, ...) of the part and the tools

  • Assembles and adjusts the cutting tools, the positioning and holding of the part and the machining parameters (speed, feed, pass, lubrication, etc.)

  • Commissions (pre-series, series) and monitors the machining process

  • Identifies equipment malfunctions and applies corrective measures

  • Check the produced parts

  • Provides information on quality support and production / implementation follow-up (incidents, interventions, etc.)

  • Performs first level preventive / curative maintenance of equipment

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIRED

Initial training

CAP / BEP mechanical production option machining at

Bac (vocational bac STI or mechanical or technological production), or

Bac + 2 (BTS, DUT) in computer science.

Professional experience: a first experience would be appreciated

+ Internal training planned for the position

QSE MANAGER (F/M)

 

 

DESCRIPTION OF MISSIONS

Under the responsibility of the Management, you are the QSE interlocutor of the company.   You will be responsible for implementing and leading the company's Quality, Safety and Environment policy, as well as the associated tools and procedures.

- Prepare and lead staff awareness actions

- Participate in the improvement of our QSE system

- Follow the QSE Improvement Plan and the Safety Action Plan

- Assess Safety / Environment regulatory compliance

- Ensure the processing of customer observations and complaints concerning quality aspects

- Prepare, organize and conduct internal audits and support and monitor certification audits,

- Implement and monitor Quality reporting tools within the project (self-checks, non- Qualities, modifications, traceability of requirements)

- Update the Single Risk Assessment Document and the Environmental Analysis

- Carry out site audits to verify that the work is carried out in accordance with the rules of   safety

- Carry out the safety reception of new arrivals
